No pesticides are used in our fields, ensuring a clean and sustainable farming practice. Cattle are raised with no added hormones, allowing them to mature naturally. We use no mRNA vaccines in our animals. No unnecessary antibiotics are administered; if an animal becomes ill, we treat it humanely, and it will not be processed until at least 3 months after antibiotic treatment to ensure the antibiotics are out of their system. Our cattle are finished on locally grown corn from the Shoals area, sourced directly from multi-generational local farmers, ensuring both quality and community support. This ensures the highest quality of marbling and flavor.
