This Italian traditional cut of beef is best slow braised in the oven. Osso Buco is a special on menus at many high end resturants in NYC or my grandma's kitchen on a sunday and it is to die for! Slow roasted for many hours the meat falls off the bone and the bone marrow takes on the the flavors. The marrow can be used to spread on Italian bread. The osso bucco is packed 2-3 peices in a package.
