  • Flo- Town Farms Cattle are raised with NO Hormones, NO Antibiotics. You are paying a deposit for a Quarter Beef raised by Flo-Town Farms. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the day your beef is dropped off at the processor and before picking up your beef. The final price of the Quarter of Beef is based on the hanging weight of the carcass multiplied by the price per lb at the time your deposit is submitted. The price per lb may change based on the market and costs. 
  • Average Carcass weight for Quarter is 160-200lbs
  • Price per lb at time of Cost for Your Beef: $4.75 lb for Quarter 
  • Fill your freezer with your favorite cuts! You can choose your steak thickness, roast size, pounds of ground beef per package, and add specialty cuts like prime rib, brisket, tri tip,  Cowboy Bone in Steak, Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, organ meat, and more. (If you are getting a Quarter Beef size specifications on your beef have to be the same as the other half.)
  • Our pasture-raised, corn-finished beef is dry-aged for 14 days prior to processing.
  • The beef will be vacuumed sealed to keep your beef fresh for a minimum of one year. It usually is fresh in the freezer for 2 years if it is not devoured before then. 
  • The beef is processed in a USDA Federally inspected processor.

    1. You can choose to pay your deposit with cash or check. Contact flotownfarms@gmail.com to make arrangements to mail/drop off. your check in Florence. Do not mail cash. 
    2. We now accept credit cards for convience and the ability to extend the payment on your Beef purchase. There we will a 3% service charge added to your final invoice for the portion or full payment of your beef made by credit/debit. Thank you !
